Ad Remover for Windows Live Messenger

This patch will completely remove the ads on our contact panel for clean look. Well some people might found the ads is helpful, its up to you guys. The release show that it is for Windows Live Messenger v8.0.0792, but I'm not sure whether it works for older/later version. Didnt try it though.
